This allows Engage to make any required changes to Direct Field Labour allocation and order of execution as is best suited for the project’ successful conclusion.

Throughout our (Engage) combined experience, we had experienced too many projects being mismanaged, resulting in cost overruns and schedule delays. Engage’s approach to projects stems from “what gets measured, gets attention”, where key items are continuously measured and consequently properly managed.
